🔁 4. Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Exchange

We accept exchanges only (no returns or refunds). You may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is defective or damaged upon delivery; or
  • You received the wrong product or size.

Conditions

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Exchange requests must include proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation).
  • Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling are not eligible for exchange.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Process

To initiate an exchange, contact shopencalve00@gmail.com with your order details and reason for exchange. Once approved, you will receive return instructions.
The customer may bear the shipping cost for sending the item back, unless the product was faulty or incorrect.
